The GADDIS Group (GADDIS Consulting Group LLC) was established in 2007, as a certified minority-owned business enterprise (certified as a participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration's 8(a) Business Development Program - graduated June 29, 2019), SDB. The GADDIS Group specializes in Technology Enabled Business Services and Solutions. The GADDIS Group's principle offices are located in Morgantown, WV, with satellite offices in Fairmont, WV and Talladega, AL.

Company Principal John B. Gaddis: President/CEO Mr. Gaddis is a senior software engineer with 20+ years of project management experience in directing and coordinating design and implementation teams. Areas: Domain analysis, requirement analysis, V&T, V&V, lifecycle support. Projects experience in several languages including HTML, XHTML, DHTML, Java Script, VB Script, Active Server Pages (ASP), PHP, Visual Basic, Oracle, Drupal, MS SQL, Microsoft SharePoint, MySQL, and Ada.  Mr. Gaddis served 12 years with a federally funded non-profit organization (Program Manager). He holds a BS in Computer Science, 1989 Alabama A&M University; 2004 Graduate of Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation FastTrac® program; 2007 Certificate in Federal Acquisition Management,  Pierpont C&T College, Fairmont State University. Mr. Gaddis is also active in the community where he serves on several non-profit boards and is a former City Councilor for the City of Morgantown .
